Morning Waves
Join us and begin your day in the dance meditation of the 5 Rhythms® wave, moving through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness to connect more deeply with our body, soul and spirit.
5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice that encourages self-expression, connection, and healing through dance. It’s not about learning specific steps or routines—it’s about moving freely to explore and express how you feel in the moment. The practice is based on five distinct rhythms, each representing a different energy or quality of movement. Together, they form a “Wave,” which mirrors the natural flow of our life energies. The goal isn’t to “dance well” but to explore how each rhythm feels in your body. The experience is personal, and everyone moves differently.
5Rhythms can help you:
•Connect with your body and emotions.
•Release stress and pent-up energy.
•Feel more alive, creative, and present.
•Build a sense of community by dancing with others in a non-judgmental space.
No experience needed and you don’t need any dance experience or special skills to participate. All you need is a willingness to move and let go.

ABOUT THE 5RHYTHMS®
Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action.
Creativity. Connection. Community.
